great location, great space and... private deck. so cool! the rent is $635/ month. tenant pays gas and electric. right across from visible voice books and a stones throw from civilization. there is 1 br + another room (study/office, or dressing room if you're like me and have too many clothes/shoes). it is about 700 sq feet with a nice closet. it is in the upstairs/back of the building, so it is very private and quiet. all floors are hardwood except bathroom with is newer slate tile. refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are included. there is exposed ductwork, lg windows, lots of cabinet space and of course... the deck. washer and dryer are free in the basement. there is no off street parking, but there is always plenty of parking on kenilworth. the neighbors are nice and this place is super cool. please contact me if you would like more pictures or a showing.
